Ingredientes:</strong></div>
<div>1/3 de xícara (chá) de óleo</div>
<div>3/4 de xícara (chá) de água (eu uso leite fica mais gostoso)</div>
<div>1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de polvilho azedo ou doce</div>
<div>1/2 xícara (chá) de queijo-de-minas curado ralado</div>
<div>1 colher de sobremesa rasa de sal</div>
<div>3 ovos</div>
<div><strong>Modo de Preparo:</strong></div>
<div>Ponha o óleo e a água numa panela para ferver.</div>
<div>Despeje de uma vez sobre o polvilho e mexa bem .</div>
<div>Deixe esfriar um pouco e adicione o queijo.</div>
<div>Coloque os ovos, um a um, mexendo sempre.</div>
<div>Quando a massa estiver bem uniforme, passe-a para um saco de confeitar e faça os biscoitos em formato de bolinhas, tirinhas ou argolas, direto numa assadeira não precisa untar.</div>
<div>Asse em forno médio preaquecido, até que os biscoitos estejam bem assados, porém claros, cerca de 20 minutos.</div>
<div>Dicas: Não deixe os biscoitos passarem, por isso fique de olho no forno, pois o tempo de cocção varia muito.</div>
<div>Se não tiver saco de confeitar, utilize um saco plástico com um furinho na ponta.</div>

<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<p>500 gramas de polvilho azedo</p>
<p>400 ml de água fervente</p>
<p>150 gramas de banha (pode substituir por óleo)</p>
<p>400 ml de leite</p>
<p>sal a gosto</p>
<p><strong>Modo de Preparo:</strong></p>
<p><em>Ferver a água, a banha e o sal. Despeje sobre o polvilho azedo.  Misture.</em></p>
<p>Quando amornar, vá sovando e adicionando o leite.</p>
<p>Coloque a massa em saco plástico e esprema porções de massa no tabuleiro deixando espaço entre eles. Leve ao forno quente nos primeiros minutos, até estufarem. Evite abrir o forno. Abaixe a temperatura e deixe que sequem, sem que escureçam muito.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Ingredientes </strong></span></p>
<p>1kg de batata<br />
1 copo de Requeijão Cremos o<br />
1 xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado<br />
1 xícara (chá) de leite<br />
meia lata de Creme de Leite<br />
1 pitada de noz-moscada<br />
1 pitada de pimenta-do-reino<br />
250g de mussarela, ralada<br />
1 dente de alho<br />
manteiga para untar</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Modo de Preparo</span></strong></p>
<p>Lave as batatas e cozinhe-as cobertas com água até ficarem bem macias. Enquanto as batatas cozinham, coloque em uma panela, o Requeijão Cremoso, o parmesão, o leite, o Creme de Leite e leve ao fogo baixo até iniciar fervura e ficar homogêneo. Adicione a noz-moscada e a pimenta-do-reino, misture e reserve. Corte o alho ao meio, esfregue cada metade no fundo de um recipiente refratário (30 x 19cm) e unte com manteiga. Verifique se as batatas estão cozidas, escorra-as, retire a pele, corte em rodelas e reserve-as. Arrume as batatas reservadas no recipiente refratário e cubra-as com a mussarela ralada e o molho de Requeijão. Leve ao forno médio-alto (200°C) pré aquecido, por cerca de 30 minutos, até que a superfície fique gratinada</p>

Peneire a farinha com o chocolate, o fermento e acrescente na mistura batida, incorporando levemente.<br />
Coloque em forma retangular untada com margarina e farinha. Leve ao forno até cozinhar bem.<br />
Desenforme em papel untado com açúcar.<br />
Recheie e enrole.<br />

<p><strong>Modo de Preparo:</strong></p>
<p>Bata na batedeira as gemas, o açúcar e a margarina, até clarear.<br />
Bata no liquidificador a ricota, o leite de coco e o creme de leite.<br />
Coloque em uma panela a mistura da batedeira e a mistura do liquidificador.<br />
Acrescente a essência de coco, o coco ralado e o amido de milho dissolvido com a água.<br />
Leve ao fogo, sempre mexendo, até engrossar e ficar cremoso.<br />
Deixe esfriar.<br />
Bata o chantilly e acrescente ao creme.<br />

<p>2 xícaras (chá) de claras<br />
1 xícara (chá) de açúcar<br />
1 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo<br />
2 colheres (sopa) de água</p>
<p><strong>Modo de Preparo:</strong></p>
<p>Bata as claras em neve, acrescente o açúcar batendo sempre.<br />
Alterne a farinha aos poucos com a água sem parar de bater.<br />
Leve para assar em forma untada e enfarinhada.<br />
Desenforme sobre um papel impermeável e enrole ainda quente.</p>
<p><strong>Obs:</strong> para fazer rocambole de chocolate retire 2 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo da receita e acrescente 2 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó.</p>
